Fully implemented armor plate system!!! (was "almost" done before)

• Zombiemen now have a chance to drop scrap metal (10 required for armor plate)

Tool-tips!!!!

• Teaches very basic movement, and how to use armor tool (slot 5)
• CAN BE DISABLED IN HE SETTINGS
